About the Opportunity Adventist Care Centers is looking for a Director of Social Services at Trinity Nursing and Rehab, a 120 bed long term care facility located in Merriam, Kansas. You'll be surrounded by people who are passionate about what they do. This position will be available August 15, 2006.

Qualifications

Is a compelling and articulate speaker in a variety of settings. Easily adjusts the message to match the audience.

Has superior organizational skills. Keeps files and work area organized. Maintains a comprehensive library of reference and historical data.

Can be trusted to handle extremely confidential and sensitive information.

Demonstrates persistence, overcomes obstacles, and strives to improve skills and achieve goals.

Plans work. Sets goals and outlines tasks to achieve them.

Long term care experience a plus.

Seizes opportunities and takes decisive action.

Remains objective when listening to conflicting perspectives.

Ability to effectively handle escalations and time critical issues.
