First Home Care is expanding foster care services to Northern and Central New Jersey.

 

Foster Parent Recruiter

 

The Foster Parent Recruiter will develop and implement marketing and recruitment strategies aimed at prospective foster home families. This includes recruiting, assessing and training prospective treatment homes and foster parents; working with the NJ Office of Licensing to license foster homes, and building positive relationships with community organizations and potential referral sources.

 

Requires a Bachelor's Degree in Social Work or related field and a working knowledge of foster care programming.

 

The ideal candidate will possess:

 demonstrated ability to open doors and sell an understanding of DYFS and state licensing regulations knowledge of NJ community resources and how to access those resources
