Intake Advisor

Summary: The CRC National Resource Center is actively recruiting Intake Advisors. This department is an extension of our facilities intake offices, assisting clients looking for treatment information online. We support prospective clients and family members thought the treatment seeking process.

 

Recommendations and referrals are based on clinical information we gather during the initial inquiry and facility selection is based upon the individual needs of the client. Successful admissions require good follow-up skills, insurance verifications, financial negotiation and the ability to triage calls based on clinical overview. Skill set must include organization, strong communication and computer skills. Candidates must thrive in a fast paced team environment.

 

Qualifications

At least two years of clinical/intake experience in a treatment facility or knowledge of chemical dependency, eating disorders or psychological diagnosis is required.

 

An understanding of the 12 steps of recovery and a sales background is required.

 

Knowledge of insurance benefits as it relates to substance abuse and eating disorders, and Sales background or Call Center experience is preferred.

 

Schedule flexibility is desired.
