Licensed Clinical Social Worker- Jacksonville, North Carolina

PhyAmerica Government Services is a leader in healthcare staffing to the federal government.  We are presently pre-recruiting for a potential opportunity for Licensed Clinical Socail Worker at the Camp Lejeune Naval Hospital Deployment Health Clinic in Jacksonville, North Carolina

 

Two primary goals of the DHC are to remove barriers to patient care for service members returning from deployment and to identify emerging health conditions related to deployment.  As such, the Clinic staff shall actively market to, identify, and seek out patients for whom services are appropriate.  Services shall only be performed at clinical locations throughout the hospital?s service area that provide direct support to deployment health.

Camp Lejeune is a 153,000- acre base located on the Atlantic Ocean near the city of Jacksonville, North Carolina.  The Naval Hospital has over 1600 personnel. Our mission is to support the active duty, retired and dependents through quality medical care.  This is accomplished by providing quality medical care to over 78,000 beneficiaries. Camp Lejeune is a fully accredited 117-bed hospital with four inpatient areas, an Ambulatory Procedures Unit, six off-site medical support facilities (or branch clinics) and a number of specialized clinics throughout the base for convenient

 

Qualifications:

* Possess not less than 1 year of full-time experience within the last 3 years working with patient population with Post Traumatic Stress Disorder

*Current unrestricted license in any state

 

Hours : work an 9 hour shift between 6am to 6pm Monday through Friday, work no more than 80 hours in two week period.

 

Position accrues over 5 weeks paid time off per year!!
