Manufacturing Technician I/II

Successful candidate will be responsible for the operation of various types of processing and test equipment in environmentally controlled areas. This includes but is not limited to: operation of steam autoclaves, vial waher, sterilizing tunnel, parts washer, vial caper, tray loaders, filler, lyophilizer and filter test equipment. Candidate will monitor cycles and review data to ensure requirements have been met, and complete all associated documentation. Candidate will also be responsible for ensuring that all equipment is cleaned and maintained properly, and that work areas are cleaned and maintained properly. Comply with cGMPs through adherence to SOPs, Master Batch Record instructions and company policies relating to quality, safety, housekeeping and cost effectiveness. Will perform other duties as assigned by Production Supervisor. Must have strong analytic reasoning and an understanding of the principles of sterile product production

Bachelor's degree preferred with 1-2 years related experience in a production, manufacturing or chemistry environment. Or a Technical Vocational degree in biology, chemistry, physics or a related field. Or equivalent education and 1-2 years industry experience. Must have knowledge of cGMP's. Strong analytical reasoning and problem solving skills. Strong communication skills - both verbal and written
