Masters-level Clinician

MSPCC (Massachusetts Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Children) is a private, nonprofit society dedicated to leadership in protecting and promoting the rights and well being of children and families. We have approximately 750 employees and 20 locations throughout the state of Massachusetts.

The Clinician will:
? Provide high quality mental health services to families, parents and children in center based, home based, or outreach programs.
? Meet regularly with supervisor and members of multi-disciplinary team case review.
? Attend overall clinic staff meetings and training as required.

 

Requirements:
? Masters Degree in Psychology, Counseling, or closely related field from an accredited program.
? Good listening skills, nonjudgmental ability to foster self-sufficiency in families using problem-solving and practical skills.
? Familiarity with support groups or parent education group.
? Demonstrated sensitivity to the needs of families from diverse cultural or linguistic backgrounds.

 

This is a FFS position with the opportunity to become salary-plus.

 

.6 or above FFS positions are eligible for health insurance, dental insurance, supplemental disability and life insurance. All FFS positions are eligible for 403(b) and flex-spending for medical and dependent care.

 

Salary positions are eligible for health and dental insurance, short/long term disability insurance, group life insurance, flex-spending for medical and dependent care and a 403(b) savings plan for eligible staff.  We also offer industry standard leading vacation (3 weeks), sick and holiday leave policies for eligible staff.
