Description
Purpose: We are seeking dedicated, mature individuals who share our passion for customer service. This position affords an excellent opportunity to learn about SCAN? from the ground up" and use it as a stepping stone to advance your career
Responsibilities: As part of our Member Services team, you will be interacting via phone with our senior members and their families by answering benefit questions/inquiries and troubleshooting potential issues. You will also be working closely with internal departments and our contracted providers.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree or AA degree/two years college coursework preferred or equivalent experience. Experience in a Call Center is highly desired. Bilingual English/Spanish a definite plus. A positive, outgoing demeanor and professional appearance are a must. Strong communication skills (verbal and written), basic computer skills and an ability to multi-task are essential. Must be flexible to work our business hours of Monday-Friday, 7am-6pm. Part-time positions also available.
Education:
Bachelor's degree or AA degree/two years college coursework preferred or equivalent experience.
