Keystone Service Systems-Southeast is a non-profit agency providing community-based services to individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorders and Mental Retardation in Pennsylvania and Delaware.We are now seeking a talented, ambitious individual to join our team!

 

We are currently looking for a Program Director to oversee several programs supporting individuals with Autism and/or Mental Retardation in the Philadelphia area. This is a "hands-on" management position supervising and maintaining all aspects of the operation of the programs.  Duties include, but not limited to, supervising/training employees, ensuring each individual receiving services has a comprehensive plan and support necessary to achieve personal goals, documentation, and community involvement. This position does involve travel to different programs located throughout Montgomery, Bucks, Chester, Delaware and Philadelphia Counties.  Work schedule varies according to program needs and could include afternoons, evenings, weekends, overnights, and/or holidays.

 

The successful candidate will create and support an environment that fosters teamwork, cooperation, respect and diversity.  Minimum of 5 years experience, including supervisory experience, in a Human Services setting working with individuals with Mental Retardation or Autism.  Bachelor or Associate degree preferred. Must possess excellent communication, both written and verbal,  and strong interpersonal skills. Must possess a valid Driver's License and ability to drive, daily access to a privately maintained vehicle, and ability to pass Child Abuse, State Police and FBI clearances; HS Diploma/GED. Must be physically able to lift and participate in physical activities of daily living.
