Program Director career opportunity

Currently we have a great opportunity available for a Program Director in the Turlock, CA area.

Job description:

1) Responsible for the development and daily management of the program in accordance with the participant's needs. Ongoing evaluation of participant's changing needs and making necessary adjustments to meet these needs.

2) Implement program procedures. Educate staff in licensing and regulatory requirements and agency policies in meeting the needs of participants.

3) Supervise staff, define staff roles and assign responsibilities. Ensure participant's needs are met while attending the Center.

4) Schedule regular team meeting to develop and update care plans.

5) Responsible for supervision of contract staff, monitoring service delivery and hours of service.

6) Responsible for review of participant records and determining that all documentation requirements are met.

7) Schedule regular in-service training events. Encourage staff to attend educational programs offered in the community.

8) Primary responsibility for recruiting, training, and supervising volunteer staff. Develop protocols, job descriptions, and supervisory assignments for volunteers.

9) Comply with all health and safety standards including licensing, fire and disaster preparedness regulations and agency policies, and monitor staff compliance.

10) Conform to all applicable policies of the Center and attend the orientation program offered by the Center
