Program Manager

Position Summary:

 

Be part of an exciting new approach to residential services where you will work a concentrated four-day work schedule and be well rewarded through salary and job satisfaction. Be responsible for the overall supervision of homes for persons with MR and for providing residential supports. Successful candidates will assist individuals to function as independently as possible in a variety of home-life situations and community settings. In collaboration with the Program Director, provide daily management of residence; supervision of staff; ISP development and implementation; monitor house budget and petty cash; communicate with families and funding source; and ensure compliance with policies and procedures.

 

This position offers an excellent four-day work week. Positions available in Newton and Woburn, MA.

 

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree required, plus at least three years related experience with at least one year in residential services. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. LPN or experience working with medically-involved individuals strongly preferred.

Other Requirements: Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.
