Program Manager of School-Based Counseling

Job Purpose: Provide clinical superivison to mental health counselors and therapists, including licensure supervision towards LCSW or LPC. Coordinate all program activities within the community, field complaints from any Denver Public Schools administrators, manage productivities and goals of team, supervise any crisis management and care-plan changes within a milieu setting. Coordinate patient care with team psychiatrist, develop behavioral models, supervise interns on team, meet division director's objectives for the program.

 

Requirements: Must have experience in school-based setting and behavioral modeling, experience with children ages 5-18. Min. of Masters degree in psychology, human services, social work, or counseling. Prefer either Ph.D. or licensure as LPC or LCSW.
