Project Coordinator

PROJECT COORDINATOR - This is a full-time position with the Youth and Family Advocacy Division of the Mental Health Association of Southeastern Pennsylvania, a mental health advocacy, non-profit agency in Philadelphia.

 

The Project Coordinator is responsible for developing and maintaining the systems advocacy education and individual cases advocacy program and program evaluation for the project.The Coordinator is additionally responsible for supervising the staff necessary to complete the objectives of the program.

 

The Coordinator also supports a system of individual advocacy for family members of children with serious emotional disturbances and provide direct family advocacy as needed.  Also participates on local and state committees focusing on program development and/or policy planning and other relevant committees concerning children's mental health and related service issues.  Other related duties.

 

The successful candidate will have a Bachelor's degree from a four year college or university; or four to six years related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience.  Must be proficient in Microsoft Word and Outlook and be able to work within an internet/intranet environment.
