Psychosocial Rehabilitation Specialist

Family Support Services of North Idaho is looking for mental health professionals with no less than a bachelor's degree in psychology, social work, or closely related field in the behavioral sciences to work in the Psychosocial Rehabilitation (PSR) program. Candidates will possess ability to work independently and autonomously while also being able to seek supervision and support when needed. The PSR program follows strict adherance to Medicaid guidelines and is a skill-building program provided in the client's natural environment. Hours are based on case loads, and can be assigned on either a full-time or part-time basis. Candidates must have somewhat flexible schedules in order to accomodate client's needs.

 

Family Support Services provides PSR services to the following areas of North Idaho: Coeur d'Alene, Post Falls, Hayden, Rathdrum, Spirit Lake, Athol, Plummer/Worley, and Tensed (tribal). Travel is required and travel time is paid for those traveling outside of Kootenai County.

 

Pay range is $16-$20 per hour for service hours, and $14/hour for administrative duties that are required but not reimbursable. We offer health insurance, up to 12 vacation days per year, 6 personal days per year, 401K, and cell phone reimbursement.
