Quality Assurance Specialist needed for Heartland for Children in Bartow, FL near Tampa. Successful candidate will support the on-going quality management programs, provide on-site review and technical assistance, assist with client relations and incident report control and process. Bachelor?s degree and plus 1 year previous child welfare or quality assurance experience required.
