We are seeking a Regional Manager/Director of Operations for the Northeast and Central Areas to provide direct overall clinical and administrative supervision of programs in the northeast and central parts of Massachusetts including those affiliated with state agencies (such as DSS, DMH) and third party billing. 

 

Duties include but are not limited to:

? Assuring that all contractual and agency administrative requirements are met on a timely basis. Assuring the implementation and compliance of all agency policy.

? Participation in the hiring, evaluation and disciplinary actions of Program staff.  Ensuring the orientation and training of regional staff.

? Providing case consultation with site staff and collaterals on a regular basis and at clinical conferences as requested.  Required participation in Quality Assurance Team.

? Overseeing the development of cost center and program budgets and monitoring their fiscal expenditures to assure compliance.

 

Qualifications include Minimum of a Masters Degree in a related human service field from an accredited college/university. Minimum of five (5) years experience providing residential, community-based and/or family-based treatment services are required.  Must have worked with a broad range of populations in a clinical environment and be experienced in working with quality assurance systems and with managed care.  Must also have a minimum of 3 years supervisory experience, an LICSW or a recognized Massachusetts independent clinical license.  A valid driver?s license and personal vehicle are also required.  This position requires 24 hour / 7 day on call responsibility.
