Make a difference in the life of an adolescent girl by joining the team at Good Shepherd Center!

Good Shepherd Center is in search of full-time Residential Night Assistants to meet our immediate needs. Essential duties of a Residential Night Assistant include responsibility for the well-being, safety, and supervision of students on a unit as assigned and ensuring that directives provided by evening or nursing staff are followed. Successful applicants for this position will have a High School diploma or equivalent and a minimum of one year of previous experience working with adolescents.

Good Shepherd Center is a Joint Commission accredited residential treatment facility located in Baltimore County. Good Shepherd specializes in educational, therapeutic, and support services for adolescent girls in need of social/behavioral intervention. The Center is staffed by qualified multidisciplinary treatment teams and is seeking skilled applicants who share the belief that ?one person is of more value than the world?.

Good Shepherd Center offers a comprehensive benefit package including, medical, dental, vision, life insurance, 403b retirement savings, and $2,000 per year tuition reimbursement.
