SENIOR CARE MANAGER

To maximize our vital efforts at our Care Management Center in Dallas, we seek a skilled Senior Care Manager with strong English-Spanish bilingual skills. The ideal candidate will also have experience working with members who have Medicaid.

In this key role, you will provide case management services telephonically to ensure the best & most efficient care. The qualified candidate is an RN or a Behavioral Health professional with a Master?s who is licensed in the state of Texas. Additionally, a background in managed care including knowledge of utilization management procedures, familiarity with mental health and substance abuse community resources/providers, experience within an inpatient setting and knowledge of DSM IV a must. Excellent organizational, time management and communication skills are essential.
