SR. FIELD NETWORK COORDINATOR – St. Louis, MO

We seek an experienced Field Network Coordinator to join our Care Management Center (CMC) in St. Louis. This capable professional will facilitate the delivery of healthcare services, analyzing/assessing network needs and composition to recruit providers.

In this vital role, you will manage and delegate network responsibilities, support cost control strategies and promote communication between Magellan and providers. Duties include conducting audits of compliance issues, ensuring proper credentialing status, and acting as problem solver for providers and clients ? ever seeking ways to improve our process.

To Perform These Vital Functions, You Must Have:
? BA/BS (Business or Health Care related preferred)
? Minimum 2 years of behavioral healthcare experience with 2+ years of handling finances, contracts and relations between physicians/providers
? 2+ years of professional experience giving presentations
? Ability and willingness to travel as needed
? Familiarity with NCQA requirements
? Preferred candidates will have managed care and financial modeling experience, plus knowledge of Magellan Network Systems
