Social Workers (LMSW/LCSW), CASACs, CRCs & Other QHPs
Outreach Project has been providing drug and alcohol services in the New York Metropolitan area since 1980. Outreach's mission is "To empower individuals, families and communities to make choices which will enable them to experience a responsible life free from alcohol and drug abuse".
Outreach's first program was an assessment and referral center in Glendale, Queens, where people were encouraged to seek help for their problems with substance abuse. As a provider of assessment and referral services, Outreach found many gaps in services for this population and began responding by designing programs for those special populations, especially youth, for whom serivces were not readily available. As a result, Outreach's services increased to include advocacy, adolescent and adult drug and alcohol treatment, vocational services, HIV/AIDS services and community and professional training.
Currently, Outreach operates programs as seven locations in Queens, Brooklyn and on Long Island. Please visit our website: opiny.org for additional information on our program services.
We are currently seeking qualified Licensed Social Workers, CASACs, CRCs and other QHPs for a variety of positions we currently have available and for other opportunities which will be available in the near future.
