Substance Abuse Counselor - part time

Primary Duties/Responsibilities
Collaborates with multidisciplinary team and other care givers to ensure quality of care. Able to provide therapeutic milieu, conduct patient assessments, facilitate psycho educational groups and level of care referrals. Knowledge of ASCM and DSM IV diagnosis and treatment.

Minimum Qualifications
HS grad./equiv., one year experience in substance abuse setting, knowledge of ASCM and DSM IV diagnosis and treatment, CPR certified and CADC eligible required. BA/BS in human services field and two years in social service preferred.
