Supervisor, Part-time (24 hours)
MSW, LICSW or related Master's degree with independent license needed. Strong child-family-systems experience to provide clinical, supportive and administrative supervision.
Job Description: Provide clinical, administrative and supportive supervision of master level, bachelor level and paraprofessional staff providing intensive family stabilization services. Teams also implement several best practice prevention and intervention groups for parents and youth. The program delivers innovative service models to diverse, at-risk families and youth in Boston and vicinity. Experience with child protective issues, strength based approaches, DSS, residential programs, school systems and 3rd party billing extremely helpful. Prior supervisory experience is essential.
