Supervisor of Foster Care Social Work Case Managers

We are currently assisting a local foster care agency in recruiting a professional clinical Foster Care Case Management Supervisor.

The successful candidate will have the following:Masters Degree in Social Work or CounselingOhio License as an LISW or PCCFamiliarity with ODJFS and ODMH codes and regulations policies and procedures. Learn and uphold agency rules, policies, and procedures to ensure compliance by staff and foster parents. Provide leadership, development, and maintenance of neighborhood- based Foster Care Networks. Act as on-call supervisor in rotation with Director of Clinical and Case Management Services. Provide and supervise the delivery of CPST services to identified children. Supervise development and implementation of treatment plans based upon diagnoses; identify needs, and environmental factors. 2-3 years of supervisory experience LISW/PCC in the state of Ohio
