Community Housing Innovations, Inc. a not for profit housing and services agency currently has an opening for a supportive housing caseworker in it's Massapequa office.?The position is a full time field position providing case management to individuals with a substance abuse history throughout Nassau County. ?Requirements include MSW or CASAC or Bachelor's Degree with at least five yrs experience in substance abuse field.?
