Unit Manager

The following position is available at Coleman Hall in Philadelphia: Unit Manager In this role you will be responsible for ensuring the clinical function of a 80+ bed residential treatment unit. This includes implementing, supervising, and approving documentation of records, treatment plans, family histories and counselor logs. Responsibilities also include supervising and training staff and facilitating groups. A Master's degree in a Behavioral Health field is required. CADC and three years of management experience, preferably in a corrections or long-term residential environment are desired.
