Youth Support Worker

Youth support worker needed to provide intensive, short term, home based treatment to parents and youth in the Blackstone Valley, South Central, Worcester and Framingham area.  Referrals come from the local DSS offices.  Treatment focuses on stabilization, parenting skills and youth support.  Treatment also involves collateral work with the referring agency as well as other providers in the community. Qualifications include Bachelor?s degree preferred, in counseling or related field, reliable transportation and an ability to work both in a team and independently.  This position offers the opportunity to work with a diverse and challenging caseload.  Supervision is provided.
