AEMR Clinical Education Analyst

We currently have an outstanding opportunity for you as an AEMR Clinical Education Analyst.

Under the direction of the AEMR Divisional Manager, the AEMR Education Analyst works collaboratively with the Enterprise AEMR and local project team as the primary educator in support of the AEMR project.? Routinely performs secondary level diagnostics and routes technical and clinical needs to the appropriate vendor or department as needed.? They will participate in hthe development of end user training materials, including work flow and application processes.

The position is responsible for:Developing and maintaining direct collaborate, innovative, and productive rapport with physicians, clinical staff and administrative team members.Assisting the AEMR Project Team in refinement of clinical and operational work flows associated with the implementation of the EHR solution.Organize and train health care providers in work flow redesign.Primary resource in collaboration with QM/UM and in accordance with standard operating procedures directly related to health care compliance.

Preferred candidates will have the following experience and education:Bachelors Degree in Business Administration, Health Administration or other health care related field.Experience: EHRTraining:? IT/NursingLicense: Clinical Licensure, Clinical Coding Experience
