Job Description:
Take your career to the next level - Join SCC in an administrative capacity to assist and support high-tech proprietary Healthcare Information Systems(HIS)! You will provide clerical and administrative support services, including researching and reporting assigned tasks and projects. Additionally you will attend and document meeting minutes for daily Business Unit Meetings (BUM), train back-up coverage, coordinate the logistics for internal employees to change locations, and communicate with appropriate internal departments to ensure smooth transitions.

Job Requirements:
Ideal candidate must have a High School diploma; one year of college or an Associate's degree is preferred. Relevant experience may be substituted for degree. This is an entry-level administrative position that recommends a minimum of one year or less of experience working within a business environment. Excellent communication, multi-tasking, presentation, organization, and interpersonal skills are desired. Must be able to work independently and effectively under stress as well as be able to define priorities and complete work assignments on time. Intermediate knowledge of MS Office and typing skills are essential.
