Call Center Supervisor - Physical Therapy

Supervisor - Physical Therapy

 

General Job Summary: 

 

The responsibilities of Supervisor Physical Therapy includes, but are not limited to: managing a group of Provider Specialists whose responsibility it is to scheduling and following up on Patient appointments, referral status, obtaining notes, reports & confirming delivery; providing customer updates and communication to customer; and maintain accountability for patient referral/order until completion. The Supervisor will be responsible to monitor queues to ensure timely processing of all orders. The Supervisor will assist with interviewing, training, monitoring & mentoring the Provider Specialists within his/her scope.  The Supervisor is responsible to ensure all orders are processed in accordance to guidelines/ & timelines as set forth by TechHealth. Candidate must be a leader who is able to motivate others. Candidate must be an excellent spokesperson for the company.  Candidate must possess strong communication skills and excellent written skills.  Candidate must be very organized, detail oriented and a team player.

 

Principal Duties and Responsibilities: 

 
Managing a group of Provider Specialists in a specified service area(s)
Maintain accountability for a group of orders for patient referral/ order until completion
Assist with interviewing, training, monitoring & mentoring Provider Specialists
Monitor Quality & Performance to ensure TechHealth Service Guarantees are met
Ensure Customers are kept updated on order status per TechHealth Guidelines
Work with Providers Relations and the QA coordinator to resolve QA issues
Ongoing involvement in handling new growth without disruptions in Customer Service 
Constantly working to perfect processes, implement changes and coordinate implementation of new services while maintaining a quality level of service
Assist with managing Provider Specialists time schedules, vacations & benefits
Other duties as assigned

 

 

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:  

 
Honesty, integrity & good work ethic
Relevant prior health related experience
Proficient with ACD telephone lines
Excellent written and oral skills
Very proficient in Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel, Outlook) & Internet
Well organized with ability to manage a group of employees
Excellent Customer Service Skills
Ability to problem solve and identify & resolve potential conflicts before they become issues
Attentive to details
A daily resolve to promote the TechHealth Mission and fulfill the TechHealth Service Guarantee
Knowledgeable on TechHealth Policies, Procedures & Service Guarantees
