Calling all Temporary Office Clerks for (KP)

If you are an Office Assistant looking for both long and short term temporary assignments in the Los Angeles, Glendale & Pasadena area this may be the opportunity for you. A large, non-profit health care provider (KP) consistently has temporary staffing needs for individuals open to both short and long term. Office Assistant assignments typically include creating & purging files, assembling distribution packets for mass distribution, scheduling meeting rooms, performing some word processing duties, and other clerical tasks. Qualified candidates will demonstrate 1-3 years prior recent experience as an office assistant (resumes must reflect experience within the last year in this position type to be considered), strong typing and/or data entry skills, the ability to professionally answer phones, provide support for the office staff, and work independently. A stable job history, both Microsoft Word and Excel proficiency, & typing of 35-40 wpm are required. Experience in the medical field or knowledge of medical terminology are beneficial, but not necessary! This company is currently looking for individual who are open to short term and long term temporary assignments, occasionally positions become temporary-to-hire opportunities. Pay does vary depending on prior salary history and experience (generally $10.00 - $13.00). Good attendance and timeliness are required conditions of employment.
