We seek an organized professional to provide general administrative support to our Care Advocate Team.  As the Care Advocate Team Assistant, you would create documents, schedule meetings and facilitate clerical support. In this fast-paced environment, your ability to multi-task and meet deadlines efficiently would be vital. Primary responsibilities include:
Supporting the Care Advocate team
Providing ongoing services to members and providers
Processing and logging treatment plans
Coordinating the release of information requests
Researching and resolving benefits issues for members and providers
Triaging calls as needed from providers and members
Completing general administrative duties as needed



A Bachelors’ degree is required in Psychology, Social Work, Marriage and Family or Sociology. Administrative experience in a fast-paced environment is needed.  Professional experience in healthcare, managed care or chemical dependency is preferred.  Call center or other related telephonic experience is ideal. Proficiency in MS Office applications is necessary.
