Contract Specialist - SPAA - Group Setup

SPAA Contract Specialist - Group Build
The Contract Specialist will be responsible for building and integrating new & renewing clients in the HUMflex system. They will need to demonstrate the ability to meet deadlines and client expectation.
The Contract Specialist will also have the following responsibilities with the SPAA Operations team:
Problem resolution and tracking
Assist in process design and documentation
Identify opportunities for improvement
Liaison with other Humana operational areas (IT, Product, Market Staff Support, etc.), as well as with outside vendors
Minimum Requirements:
High School Diploma, college preferred
Able to demonstrate time management skills
Able to learn and adapt quickly to change
Successfully manage multiple cross-functional relationships
Must be accountable and able to meet clearly stated expectations
Problem solving abilities are required
Strong technical knowledge of Humana systems (see below) and how they interact, primarily with regards to spending accounts
The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of SPAA and it's processes, as well as spending accounts in general
Working knowledge of the following systems is preferred: HUMflex, Operational Data Storage (ODS), Metavance, CAS/CI, CCP2, Infra, and Microsoft Office
