Customer Service Representative

Greater Philadelphia Health Action, Inc. was founded in 1970 for the purpose of providing comprehensive health care services to low income and vulnerable citizens of the City of Philadelphia. Over the last 35 years, GPHA has grown to include six (6) health centers, a day care and child development center and two (2) behavioral health care centers. Through these sites, GPHA offers a myriad of services targeted to patients of all ages and backgrounds. Our mission is to provide quality, comprehensive primary health care, health education and human services, behavioral health care and child development services to individuals and families throughout the Delaware Valley regardless of the ability to pay. Greater Philadelphia Health Action, Inc. an expanding health care system is seeking full time Customer Service Representatives. High School Graduate with a minimum of two years experience in a health care setting desired. Must have working knowledge of computers and patient scheduling/registration modules. Excellent customer service skills necessary to work directly with our patients. This is an entry-level position.
