In this highly visible role, we look to your experience, enthusiasm, and unrelenting customer focus to help us achieve high levels of customer service excellence as you educate and problem solve for our members. In this position you will answer incoming
calls from members regarding their flexible spending options.
Demonstrated and proven analytical, organizational, team building and listening skills.
Ability to work in a fast paced environment and to handle a constant volume of phone inquiries is necessary.

Role Essentials
Seeking individuals with 2 - 5 years customer service experience in a call center environment preferred
Good typing and PC skills
Associate or Bachelor's degree or currently working towards degree.
Must possess effective written and verbal communication skills.
Knowledge of Microsoft office software
Ability to resolve issues or escalate them if unresolved
Ability to communicate clearly and concise
Role Desirables
Background in health insurance preferred
Spending Account background a plus
Reporting Relationships
This position reports to a Front Line Leader.
Additional Information
The hours for the position are between 8:00am - 8:00pm (must be flexible and able to work 8 hour shift) Monday- Friday.
Overtime as needed.
Bilingual highly desired.
