Due to continued growth, we need two Eligibility Analysts to join our Rockville team. Primary responsibilities include:
Receiving service requests through our electronic systems
Determining eligibility for clients by utilizing the phone, email and the client data system
Performing data entry to update eligibility information in the system
Making outbound calls to members, clients, brokers and providers regarding eligibility



Experience working in a corporate office environment is required, along with data entry experience. A background in a healthcare and/or dental setting would be helpful, as would customer service experience. Good computer skills and the ability to work independently will be critical. Candidates must have a superior record of attendance and punctuality.
