In this role the consultant will provide guidance and assist in problem solving related to dietary services management, quality nutritional care of the residents and other relations services, including facility compliance with Federal and State Regulations. Evaluation of the provision of quality, cost-effective food service in compliance with established standards, regulations and procedures. The consultant will cover two facilities and will travel from facility to facility as needed. The facilities are in Fredericksburg and Annandale, Virginia.
