The PBM Operations department is responsible for the design and implementation of our Pharmacy Benefit Management plans. From determining eligibility to creating formularies to developing a network of providers, this group is responsible for the ?behind the scenes? undertaking of creating and maintaining superior prescription benefits.



Essential Skills:

Track and monitor work flow of manual eligibility requests from clients and field. Provide daily reporting on volume and team completion and quality statistics. Gather all team data for monthly and ad hoc reporting needs. Maintain logs and reporting tools for team.



Qualifications:

2-3 years data entry experience. Must be competent with Excel and Word-creating formulas across multiple workbooks for consolidation of data and daily/monthly/ad hoc reports. Excellent verbal and written communications skills. MS Access experience a plus.
