Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Will maintain accurate eligibility records for assigned employer groups, conduct periodic audits of group eligibility data, reconcile group eligibility report to monthly statements, enter systems eligibility data: new enrolles, changes and cancellations, respond to all written and telephone eligibility inquiries from assigned employer groups, research information on subscribers to resolve problems and disputes, maintain quality and production standards as outlined by the department, assist with special projects including new hire training and coordination of open enrollment processing, train/mentor new associates, provide assistance to Accounting Reps. in completing AR discrepancy reports and any additional duties as assigned. May need to become knowledgeable and keep updated on Medicare rules and regulations.

Requirements/ Qualifications:

High School diploma or equivalent.

Ability to operate PC based software programs.

Excellent written and oral communication skills.

One year+ general office work experience.

1-3 years health insurance industry preferred.

Ability to type 40 wpm.

Ability to operate 10-key by touch.

MS Word and Excel skills.

Demonstrated problem solving skills.
