We seek an outgoing professional for our for our exciting New York team. As the Enrollment Eligibility Representative, you would review Child Health Plus enrollment applications, update incomplete information and enter the applications into internal systems.  If you are looking for a supportive work environment, this is the opportunity for you.


 


Primary responsibilities include:



Reviewing applications


Updating incomplete applications by collecting needed information


Entering applications into system


Verifying document data


Responding to customer inquiries



The candidate should have a production environment history including data entry, claims, processing etc. A healthcare background is required, preferably in enrollment. Customer service  experience is also needed. Medicaid or facilitated enrollment experience is preferred. Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.  Proficiency in MS Office applications is a must.
