Environmental Services Supervisor

Ensures quality according to requisite standards.? Conducts building tours at least three times daily to ensure quality standards are met and exceeded.? Maintains a current inventory of supplies and equipment Maintains proficiency in all techniques and equipment used by the Environmental Services Department.? Makes recommendations to the Environmental Services Director for changes in supplies, equipment, or procedures to improve safety and patient care or to reduce costs.? Ensures housekeeping equipment is clean and in satisfactory operating condition.? Monitors linen usage and reviews findings with Environmental Services Director.? Room set ups for meetings and functions are completed in a timely manner Provides leadership and guidance to department personnel.

Requires 3-5 years' experience in housekeeping.? Healthcare experience and knowledge of relevant JCAHO regs highly preferred.
