Executive Secretary I

Kelsey-Seybold Clinic is a Houston-based multi-specialty clinic with over 20 clinics in and around the Houston metropolitan area. Provide full clerical, administrative support of a responsible and confidential nature.  Position will have two primary responsibilities he/she will serve as the personal secretary for one or more Director and provide administrative support for the department.

 

 

Requirements:
?High School Degree
?5 years secretarial experience
?Proficiency of Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, Access depending on requirements of position.
?Ability to speak, write, and understand English
?Excellent verbal and written communication skills,
?55-60 WPM typing
?Excellent organization skills
?Ability to draft / compose memos and letters
?Ability to work with minimal supervision

 

Preferences:
