DESCRIPTION:

As a management trainee, you will learn the operations of our business and provide daily assistance to the training manager. This paid training program is from 60-90 days. Upon completion, you will be placed into your own facility as an account manager.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

As an account manager for Healthcare Services Group...your responsibilities will be:

* Managing a staff between 15-20

* Daily payroll, scheduling and management of the budgets

* Recruitment and training of your staff

* Acting as a liaison between the facility and our company

* Marketing of Healthcare Services Group

* Recruitment of future trainees
