Assignment Capsule
This front line leader works with Humana's TX/AZ/CO market offices in Market Staff Support. As well, this leader will manage 6 to 8 associates and work with them in setting up newly sold business and renewal business. This associate is the "Go To "person in the Group Build area and will work closely with the manager for these markets. You will assist with reporting and possibly travel to these markets to assist in training of staff on group set-up process.

Role Essentials

4 year college degree or commensurate experience.

Two years of previous supervisory experience or commensurate experience serving some type of leadership capacity

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Analytical and problem solving skills.

Demonstrated experience using technology/Microsoft Office
Role Desirables

Use business tools and practices, to include process management/improvement techniques, problem-solving, re-engineering and Bench Marking.

Ability to drive and improve performance of associates.

Knowledge of billing, enrollment process and Market staff support dynamics

Reporting Relationships
This position reports to the department director.
