HEALTH SCREENER
The Principal Financial Group currently has an opportunity available for a Health Screener at our location in Dallas/Ft. Worth, TX.
Educate and motivate the client in making positive lifestyle changes to improve quality of life and to decrease health related claims.
Bachelor's degree in a wellness-related field such as Exercise Science, Fitness, Kinesiology, etc. required. CPR, blood borne pathogen, hazardous material handling, phlebotomy, stages of change, and cholestech training for certification is provided. Maintenance of confidentiality is a critical component of job performance. Requires written and verbal communication, relationship building, attention to detail/accuracy, problem solving, time management, decision making, and customer service skills. Overnight travel varies, but may average 60 - 80% per month. Daily schedule outside of overnight travel includes early morning start times and may include some shift work. Requires a valid driver's license, Spanish speaking skills are a plus.
