Human Resources Representative

TravelMax is looking for a team player that can join our HR Support team. The HR Support team oversees the HR process as we place medical personnel on assignments throughout the United States. There is a main focus of document procurement as well as compliance with client policies.



The Human Resource Representative will be responsible for the following:

? Assist with compliance of all paperwork needed for candidates being placed on assignments

? Coordinate all screenings and reports in conjunction with hiring new candidates

? Track all expiring credentials and receive updates

? Assist with insurance tracking and other benefits

? Work with teams in office on candidate status and collection of all paperwork

Candidates must be able to multi task, have strong organization skills, good communication skills and must be proficient in computers.

This is an hourly position compensated at $12.00 per hour.
