Responsibilities: Provide Clinical Information Technology leadership for the Cerner Electronic Health Record at Watervliet. Oversees and coordinates all aspects of the project at the hospital. Identifying and documenting workflow changes to enhance utilization of Cerner functionality and serves as a resource to clinicians. Develops and provides general and special purpose user training in conjunction with the IT education team.

Qualifications: A BS degree in nursing or a related field is required. At least 3 years of progressive experience gained from within a healthcare IT environment or healthcare IT consulting organization. Proven management and strong interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal), relationship and leadership abilities within multidisciplinary teams are required.
