Assignment Capsule
This successful candidate will be asked to assume the role of a Recruiter and will be given initial assignments that will start to familiarize them with the recruiting process. Collects multi-faceted data, analyzes information, makes recommendations, drives decisions, implements/executes recommendations, and perform ongoing administration of various Human Capital programs/initiatives and within the scope of Human Resources operations.
Key Initiatives:
Development and execution of recruitment strategies and tactics that are consistent with broader organizational objectives
Promotion of the Human Capital and Workforce Planning initiatives
Understanding local market forces to accurately advise business leaders on staffing projections
Manage special projects as assigned: Workforce Planning, Rotation Program, Talent Resources Scorecard, Flexible Workforce Initiative, etc.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate at all levels both inside and outside of Humana.
Strong technology proficiency to include excellent Powerpoint and presentation development skills
Reporting Relationships
You will be in the Talent Resources Organization reporting to the Director.
