Job Description

Our diagnostic center is located off Park Avenue on the Upper East Side of Manhattan. We are a well established specialized practice in operation for over 18 years offering a unique opportunity for a dynamic and energetic individual to function as a Medical Secretary - Biller. We are entering a rapid growth phase and are looking for a self-starter, possessing strong interpersonal and organizational skills who is detail oriented and people oriented.

Excellent and accurate word processing skills are required. Typing of a minimum of 50 wpm.  Applicant should be experienced in pre-certifications, pre- authorizations, referral requests, and collecting of payments at time of service. Candidates should have have at least two years experience in medical billing and collections.
