Job Responsibilities:



This position is responsible for managing the production process for proposals, network analyses, ad hoc responses, presentations, finalist meetings and other projects generated by First Sale Communications, account executives and sales representatives within Uniprise. 


Marketing Coordinators also support Marketing Consultants with formatting, writing, proofing and reviewing proposals as needed.



Job Qualifications:





Software competency in Windows environment, with particular emphasis on Word.




Working knowledge of photocopiers and GBC binding equipment.




Experience in managing files, supplies and general support activities.




Superior attention to detail and quality output within tight deadlines.




Established writing/editing/proofreading skills.




Strong verbal and inter-personal communication skills.




Bachelor's Degree with a focus in English, Marketing, Communications, Journalism or related field preferred.




Ability to work overtime as needed.
