Medical Alarm Response Center Attendant

Medical Alarm Response Center - National Headquarters located in South Jordan.  We are a small corporation that has experienced 50% growth in a year!  Opportunities for advancement are increasing along with the size of the company.  We have a friends and family type of environment.

 

Duties Include: 

 

Processing both emergency and non-emergency alarm signals by recording and relaying information for customers who need help.  Attendants call people on the responder list including family, neighbors, friends, and emergency services and relay the message for the customer.  Perform data entry, answer phones and customer service. 

 

Requirements include:

 Ability to multi-task at a high level

Type 40 wpm

Two years college or work experience

Commitment to work for at least a year

Pass background check

Willingness and ability to meet schedule requirements including

weekends and holidays if needed or grave yard shift

Ability to maintain professional voice inflection

Pass a Drug test
