Healthpoint Family Care is a non-profit, private primary care medical and dental practice located in Northern Kentucky. The organization employs over 100 highly qualified physicians, dentists and support staff who are dedicated to providing care for children, adolescents and adults, including many without health insurance.

 

This position performs a wide variety of duties that range from entry to moderate clinical skill level. The office is located in Latonia, KY.

 

The successful candidate will be compensated in the 20?s, and offered a generous benefit package to include PTO, 401K, and medical/dental.

 

Job functions include:

?  Meet and greet patients and visitors as they enter the Medical Center and direct them to the appropriate department.

?  Enter patient registration information into the computer system

?  Collect payments and prepare daily deposit

?  Answer phones, schedule appointments, take messages and route them to appropriate dept.

?  Balance cash collections  with posted payments

?  Assemble new charts for patients and pull charts for the following day

?  Fill in for Medical Assistant when necessary

 

Requirements:

 A minimum of two years experienceMust have Medical Assisting certificate or diploma
